In the next village of Maltat there is a riding stable for the equestrians among us! They can provide lessons or just can just go for a nice hack in the beautiful countryside.
There are plenty of places nearby for dog walking and just to the south of Bourbon Lancy on the Loire river is a sandy beach which is perfect for dogs. In the summer months the water is quite shallow and great for dogs to swim in. This is also a good place for fishing or canoeing.
